Role Purpose

The Cargo Agent is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality handling of cargo and mail within the freight area, in accordance with applicable procedures, regulations, and company standards. The role involves operational participation in various phases of the cargo flow, both indoors and outdoors, and contributes to the company's requirements for Security, Safety, Quality and Environmental Sustainability Compliance.

What you will be doing

  • Receive, inspect, and dispatch cargo and mail, performing weight and volume checks as required.
  • Load and unload cargo and mail in the freight terminal and at the aircraft side. Build, load, and secure pallets and containers according to airline standards.
  • Safely receive, handle, and load Dangerous Goods in strict compliance with IATA regulations and airline-specific requirements.
  • Ensure correct use and daily inspection of vehicles and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, report deviations, hazards, near misses, incidents, and accidents immediately.

What we are looking for

  • Structured and accurate in a physical and sometimes high-paced work environment.
  • Vocational certificate in logistics is preferred 
  • Flexible, service-minded, and solution-oriented. Good teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Valid driving licence (Class B).
  • Valid forklift license (T1–T4 as required).
