Role Purpose

The role has responsibility for managing and delivering expected service performance SLAs and KPI”S for our customers. The post holder will ensure all regularity standards are met with relevant authorities such as Customs, Security, ANAC etc. In addition they will support facilities management with upgrade projects, overseeing compliance targets with MORSE to ensure safety targets are met.

Main Accountabilities

Ensure all service delivery targets daily are achieved.
Responsible for Cargo operations planning to ensure resource allocation is within the agreed budget levels for long and short-term planning against assigned cargo volumes and airline schedule.
Manage intensively the truck interface landside to ensure agreed standards are met.
Prepare weekly reports on all trucking performance for review and corrective action.
Ensure customers are processed promptly and cargo acceptance process is fully always adhered to.

Qualifications, Competencies & Experience

5+ years, in a cargo operation
Experience in managing costs
Proven track record of delivery of projects in scope and in budget
Proven track record of delivery against KPI's and SLA's
Must be able to work under pressure.
Good customer service and organisational skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel as a minimum
