The part you’ll play

Reporting directly to the Station/Presentation Manager this position will be responsible for the overall running of the Presentation operation on a rotating shift pattern or in the absence of senior management.

  • To be the senior manager on station out of normal working hours.
  • To oversee the daily operation both landside and airside, ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures and other applicable regulatory policies.
  • To work alongside the departmental heads to ensure high performance from each area.
  • To be accountable for meeting all timelines of our customer airlines.
  • To ensure that all Service Level agreements and standards are met as set by the Company, Airline(s), MAG, Policing Authorities (Police, CAA, Dft, etc).
  • To ensure the Companies safe practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • To conduct investigations and audits with identification of root cause analysis and to action implementation of corrective measures.
  • Verbal and written liaison with customer airline(s), MAG, Policing Authorities and other third parties as and when required.
  • Forward planning, staffing levels and ensuring operational requirements are met.
  • To demonstrate a very hands-on approach as and when required.
  • To assist and work closely with quality controller, shift supervisors and trainers.
  • To ensure all ground service equipment is maintained and operational to cover a safe and efficient operation.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Presentation services, aircraft safety and service standards.
  • Prioritisation of workload and the ability of working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, a rapport with people and the ability to build effective partnerships.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to problem solve and to use their own judgement.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at various forums.
  • Good understanding of Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work shifts including nights.
  • Must be of a Supervisory level or have had previous relevant experience.
  • Full Driving Licence
  • 5 Year checkable work history for security pass.

Working in an Airside role, to follow aviation security requirements, you will be required to hold a full Airside Security Pass. To obtain this we will need 5 years' full referencing history, with a Criminal Record Check.
