Role Purpose

To ensure a consistent delivery of high-performance standards within the constraints of the Service Level Agreements of our Customer Airlines, maintaining health and safety standards and excellent working practices within the Company policies. 

What you will be doing

  • To work with the Station management Team to ensure service delivery standards meet or exceed customer expectations, whilst respecting prevailing commercial agreements and protecting the financial performance of the station.
  • Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety and security rules or procedures.
  • Fully understand the Company Health & Safety and Security policies.
  • Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of health, wellbeing, safety, security or welfare reasons. 
  • Co-operate with their manager / supervisor in order to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company.

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. What we are looking for

  • Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal customers, Suppliers, Airport Authorities and Airline Customer
  • Ability to deliver against key performance targets. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Ground Handling/Airline practices. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook
