Role Purpose

The goal of the job is to provide high-quality support to passengers, including services such as check-in, flight information, assistance with boarding and deboarding, as well as resolving any potential issues in accordance with Menzies Aviation standards. Coordinating the passenger agents and baggage service.

What you will be doing

Oversee passenger services such as check-in, gate operations, boarding, and transfer desk handling to ensure compliance with airline standards, airport regulations, and security protocols.
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of passenger service agents, providing direction and support. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure continuous training, including mentoring and training on Departure Control Systems (DCS).
Plan daily tasks, conduct briefings, and debriefings with staff to provide instructions and gather feedback.
Coordinate with JU NOC the handling of transfer passengers to connecting flights, particularly during tight connections, ensuring minimal disruption.
Organise accommodation, transportation, and other arrangements during traffic disruptions, ensuring compliance with local procedures and SLAs

What we are looking for

Level of Education: IV level of education
English language, advanced level
Positive security check
Certificate from the Ministry of the Interior (MUP) confirming no criminal record.
Certificate/Statement of no criminal conviction from the relevant court
Work Experience: 1 year of work experience in the same or similar positions
