Role Purpose

As a De-Icing Coordinator, you will be the focal point of contact for aircraft de-icing with customer airlines. Delivering high performance standards, you will be involved in the preparation and maintenance of all documentation associated with the provision of de/anti-icing activities, including procedures, relevant training materials, quality control and fluid management records, audit reports and risk assessments.

What you will be doing

Ensuring that flights are De/Anti-Iced in accordance with Menzies Aviation, aircraft manufacturers and airline specifications.
Supporting Duty Managers / Ops Supervisors with allocation of de-icing staff and rigs.
Managing the performance of de-icing staff in conjunction with line managers, through coaching and feedback and the investigation of accidents and incidents as required.
Managing and monitoring fluid stocks, fluid batching, deliveries and compliance.
Overseeing the calibration and functionality of all relevant equipment to include Storage Fluid, Transfer lines, Pumps and Refractometers.

What we are looking for

Previous experience in de-icing operations.
A full 5-year work/unemployment/education history.
Proof of Right to Work in the UK
Full and valid UK Driving Licence or valid passport.
Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance (we will assist in this process)
