Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and professional Executive Team Assistant to provide assistance to the Executive Vice President, Europe.  This role will also provide Front of House Cover for our Head Office for one day per week. The Executive Team Support position involves handling various responsibilities, travel and meeting arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative duties, to support a productive and efficient work environment

 

What you will be doing

  • Diary management and meeting co-ordination.
  • Organisation and coordination of global travel arrangements.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly expense claims.
  • Providing administrative support, including document preparation, booking meeting rooms and arranging catering.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including confidential and sensitive information

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a personal assistant, administrative, office management, or reception role; prior experience supporting senior executives is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software.
