Role Purpose

Menzies AJAS Ltd., a trusted name in aviation ground handling services, is seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team at Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, Jamaica.

This role is open to all CARICOM Nationals.

 

What you will be doing

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for all departments.
  • Prepare variance analyses for cargo and ground handling operations based on actual vs budgeted activities.
  • Manage and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts and ensure accurate and timely completion in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor operational costs including labour, fuel, and rebillable services.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround times, revenue per flight, and cost per ton handled, etc.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • MBA, ACCA or CFA qualification is an advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis is required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on general ledger experience is preferred
  • FP&A experience within the aviation, ground handling, cargo or logistics sector is an advantage
  • Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting & variance analysis
