Role Purpose

We have an exciting Finance Systems Analyst role who will to provide IT support for finance applications across the Menzies network.

What you will be doing

Maintain User Profiles in finance applications, including create / delete / amend users.
Update applications as requested by finance teams.
Provide monthly / quarterly / annual audit reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for ensuring user instruction documents are up to date and accurate.
Maintain approval matrices, ensuring correct authorisation is given prior to any changes.
Resolve user queries / problems submitted in Service Now.

What we are looking for

Previous experience working in accounting department.
Experience of financial systems
Experience of SUN Systems.
Ability to work within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
