We are now looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Landvetter Airport.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be operating in a high-paced multinational environment and be leading the day to day of our Lounge Kitchen. This is a hands on role where the expectation is that you lead from the front whilst setting the highest standards to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Main accountabilities include

Organize and lead the daily operations in the Lounge kitchen.
Assure highest quality standards regarding Service Level Agreements, service delivery, compliance and safety/equipment
Solve operational problems while ensuring an excellent and smooth day-to-day Lounge operations
Perform audits of the Lounge product including the work environment
Identify operational requirements and management of suppliers
Ordering supplies and maintaining the invoicing system
Drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost of the lounge product
Participate in team objectives and relevant projects at the station
Always represent the company in a professional manner
Undertake other reasonable duties, as and when deemed necessary by your manager

Qualifications and Experience

Extensive experience from hospitality.
Previous experience and passion for food and beverage.
Experience in purchasing, working against a budget.
Planning menus.
Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow and problem solving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish language.
Quality and detail orientation.

Under the Airport Security Act we conduct background record checks on all employees.

Working Hours: Full time
Duration: Permanent (with 6 months' probation)
Start: As per agreement
