Role Purpose

Oversee and manage all aspects of the global relationship with key Airline customers. Responsible for all contractual, commercial and operational details and ongoing relationship development. As part of the Cargo Executive Team and working with colleagues provide project support to delivering technology solutions and global network station compliance to defined standards.

 

What you will be doing

  • Oversee and personally manage all station start up's with global cargo key accounts.
  • Schedule and facilitate all regular service meetings, station and regional level with input to HQ discussions. Follow up on all open action items and ensure these are communicated to the key customer.
  • Escalation point for operational and commercial issues working with the Account Sponsor (EVP Cargo).
  • Oversee all carrier required compliance, training, safety focus and awareness.
  • Prepare presentations to support business review meetings with customers.
  • Work with the Carrier in developing cargo handling capabilities in line with product specification and growth expectations.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Aviation, logistics or cargo
  • Knowledge and experience of cargo operations, compliance, security, safety and cargo commercial activity.
  • Industry qualifications and training such as Dangerous Goods Handling, Security awareness, Live animal regulations, special product handing and outsize cargo handling.
  • CEIV IATA Time and Temperature Sensitive Healthcare Products regulations
  • Previous Account Management preferred or a combination of operational and commercial management experience
