Would you like to join the HR team at one of Menzies Aviation biggest stations in Central Europe? 

We are now looking for a HR Administrator to join our team at OSL. You will  be in charge of the administrative part of the employee relations, ensuring that all employee files are up to date with the latest contracts, job description etc. You will assist the HR team with their administrative tasks, including scanning and filing. In this way you will take part of the entire employee journey from start to end, ensuring all papers are prepared and filed according to procedures, this to ensure our employees and the company are provided with the documents needed. 

What do we need from you? 

  • Minimum 1 year experience from similar tasks
  • Experience from Ground Handling is a plus
  • Great organizational skills
  • You work with integrity and honesty
  • Team-player
  • Flexible
  • Great communication skills both written and spoken, in English and at least one Scandinavian language
  • Able to obtain background clearance to work at Oslo Airport Gardermoen
