Role Purpose

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a HRIS Specialist to join our Group HRIS development team. As a part of the HRIS development team, you'll be at the heart of our HR technology ecosystem ensuring that every piece of data is accurate, secure, and ready to power smarter decisions. From preparing and cleansing data for system loads to auditing, reporting, and delivering actionable insights, your work will directly enable seamless HR operations across a global aviation organisation.

You'll partner closely with the HRIS Development Manager and a dynamic HRIS team to drive innovation and deliver results that matter.

 

What you will be doing

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HR data within the HRIS platform.
  • Perform regular data audits and validations to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity across multiple HR systems.
  • Develop and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business leaders in decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key HR metrics.
  • Partner with IT and HR teams on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard sensitive HR information.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and resolve data-related challenges.
  • Provide data insights and analysis to support HR initiatives, projects, and strategic planning

What we are looking for:

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience working with large and complex datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Macros, and complex formulas.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices for handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality control.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI for reporting and insights.

 

Desirable Experience 

  • Hands-on experience with HR systems reporting, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Previous exposure to HR data management and related processes.
