Role Purpose
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a HRIS Specialist to join our Group HRIS development team. As a part of the HRIS development team, you'll be at the heart of our HR technology ecosystem ensuring that every piece of data is accurate, secure, and ready to power smarter decisions. From preparing and cleansing data for system loads to auditing, reporting, and delivering actionable insights, your work will directly enable seamless HR operations across a global aviation organisation.
We're looking for a curious, proactive problem-solver who thrives on turning complex data challenges into clear, impactful solutions. If you love working independently, enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, and have a passion for precision, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow your skills and make a real difference. You'll partner closely with the HRIS Development Manager and a dynamic HRIS team to drive innovation and deliver results that matter.
