The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time, versatile and talented Human Resources Administrator/Recruiter VIC & SA to join the Menzies Aviation Team based at the Melbourne Airport.

About the role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will provide effective administration and recruitment support, as well as HR projects for VIC & SA. Duties include:

Complete end to end recruitment and selection including advertising, interviewing and offering - ensuring an engaging candidate experience
Co-ordinate and manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, and temporary staff.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, new employee packs, induction packs, and other HR documents and correspondence.
Assist with early management of workers compensation including lodgment and managing minor claims
Manage and respond to HR enquiries in the HR Mailbox and complete monthly reporting
Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and programs e.g. reward and recognition programs

What we need from you

Tertiary Qualification in HR or currently studying with experience working in a fast paced environment
You will be extremely flexible, results driven, with strong operational capability
Professional, approachable and warm in style with effective stakeholder management
Strong ability to time manage, problem solve and deliver to deadlines
Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite including Intermediate Excel
