Role Purpose

The IT MDM Support Analyst will own the support for our PDA and Mobile Phone estate across Europe and will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Regional and Central IT teams. As part of the role, the candidate will be managing stakeholders across different functions and will be an integral part of the deployment of new stations across the region.

What you will be doing

Deployment and management of Mobile Devices
Work closely with the Menzies development team on the implementation and support of internally developed airport applications.
Troubleshooting and resolving general IT issues and system failures.
Carry out an IT Audit at each Menzies location within the region

What we are looking for

Expert knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems
Good understanding of best practices while configuring MDM profiles
Previous experience in managing large-scale mobile device deployments in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of airport systems and/or IT infrastructure
Strong communication and collaboration skills
