Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end software development projects across the full SDLC, from initiation through to deployment and post-implementation support. Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions on time, within scope and budget, aligned with business and technical requirements. Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure effective execution, governance, and continuous improvement.

 

What you will be doing

  • Lead end-to-end software development projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from project initiation, planning, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk and issue registers, dependency tracking, communication plans, and project documentation, while providing regular status reports, KPIs, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate, ensuring effective governance, change control, risk management, issue resolution, and continuous monitoring of project progress.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, validated, and successfully delivered.
  • Coordinate software releases, system integrations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and transition to operational support, ensuring solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, integration, and quality standards, including ISO/IEC 25010 where applicable.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage.
  • 7–10 years of experience managing enterprise software development projects.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering web, mobile, cloud, API, and systems integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, software testing, and systems integration.
