Role Purpose

The Learning Delivery and Quality Coordinator is responsible for assuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of instructor-led and assessor-led training across the Menzies Aviation network. The role focuses on the development, standardisation, and monitoring of instructors and assessors, ensuring training delivery meets internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. In addition, the role provides quality control oversight of learning modules to ensure they are delivered as intended and remain effective, current, and compliant.

What you will be doing

Coordinate and support the delivery of development programmes, including initial qualification, recurrent training, and standardisation activities.
Deliver a range of corporate training programmes and initiatives.
Provide structured feedback, coaching, and development support to instructors and assessors.
Assist with maintaining accurate records, including instructor and assessor qualifications.
Support internal and external audit processes and follow-up actions.
Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives that enhance learning delivery, assessment quality, and instructor capability.

What we are looking for

Qualifications and/or accreditation in Adult learning development.
Experience working within the corporate training environment.
IT literacy and advanced knowledge on Microsoft packages with the ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of new technology.
Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
Robust, collaborative, and output orientated team player with the ability to engage at all levels.
