Role Purpose

The Learning Systems Support Coordinator is a key support resource for our SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS) and our corporate training portfolio. This role provides general administrative and technical support to training teams across the business. Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will help maintain learning content, support system updates, and contribute to ongoing improvements. You will also assist in facilitating clear communication between training teams and management to ensure smooth coordination of learning activities.

What you will be doing

Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of the Empower Learning (SuccessFactors LMS) platform.
Manage updates, archiving, and revisions to the LMS content.
Review new releases to ensure alignment with Menzies Aviation branding and operational needs.
Assist with project coordination, annual learning portfolio updates, and changes to operational and learning manuals.
Monitor group training compliance and maintain accurate training records.

What we are looking for

Experience with SuccessFactors or other Learning Management Systems.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, collaborative, completion‑focused approach.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
Advanced IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
Results‑driven, adaptable, and open to new learning technologies.
