Reports to: Trucking Airside Shift Manager

Location: Building 557 Shoreham Road West, Heathrow Airport TW6 3RT.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Reporting to the Airside Shift Manager. The role will cover the day-to-day admin functions of the department ensuring of vehicle and maintenance records are kept up to date. Liaise with service providers on maintenance performance of fleet ensuring standard services of fleet are maintained ad hoc repairs are recorded properly. Responsibilities also cover ensuring staff records are maintained, uniform requests etc. are maintained and administered in line with company standards. Support to the main HR/Admin team will also form part of the responsibility of this role as required

Candidate requirements

Manage and maintain day to day admin requirements of department
Ensure all vehicle records are maintained
Liaise daily with suppliers on maintenance of fleet in line with contractual obligations
Maintain fuel logs and track day to day spend
Control and maintain checks on staff uniform
Ensure relevant staff records are maintained
Promote and drive Menzies Aviation safety culture in line with company standards.
Support main HR/Admin Cargo Team as required
Any other duties as instructed by your line manager

Qualifications and Experience

1+ year in an admin role
Effective communicator.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Good customer service and organisational skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel as a minimum.
