Role Purpose

Working in a busy environment providing support to the Operations Team, provide Electronic and manual Load sheets, lists, movements etc to enable the highest level of service and On Time Departures to all our customers. To ensure all correct communication is passed in a timely manner to the correct departments, responsible for ensuring the airline products are delivered consistently in line with service level standards set for safe, on time and station performance. 

What you will be doing

  • Providing Load Control Function using Electronic & manual Load sheets, LIRF's, lists etc.
  • Responsible for assisting the Dispatch team for a safe, secure & correct aircraft arrival arrival/departure from its parking stand. This is to include the overseeing of safety of the entire operation on the ramp area, involving all staff, passengers and third party suppliers.
  • Comply with Directives as set by MA, EAL, CAA & Customers.
  • Responsible for the timely sending of all movement messages to all required outstations by SITA, RSMS and other systems, including accurate and detailed delay analysis.
  • Responsible for ensuring airline products are delivered consistently to demanding service level standards, safety and on time performance.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience, certified in weight and balance both manual and automated computerized Load Control).
  • Well organised, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, able to work on own initiative to specific deadlines, have the ability to recognise and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, coach and support employees, a Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within a pressured environment being flexible to adapt to changing demands/circumstances.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels.
