Role Purpose

Our mission is to provide each Guest with the best possible start to their journey through an exceptional Lounge experience.

Position Details:

Join our team at the soon to open Flagship Pearl Lounge in Copenhagen AIrport
Full time and part time positions available
Shifts: Mostly afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service.
Welcome guests upon arrival and quickly identify their needs to create a smooth start to their visit.
Welcome each guest and accurately register their Lounge arrival, ensuring the process feels effortless and personalised.
Prepare and serve food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks with care and attention to quality.
Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness throughout all service areas.
Replenish supplies proactively so the guest experience remains uninterrupted.
Clear, clean, and reset tables to keep the space inviting for the next guests.
Operate the dishwashing machine to ensure a steady flow of clean service items.
Support the team by performing additional tasks as they arise to keep operations running seamlessly.

Requirements:

Empathetic, team player with a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills in Danish and English (additional languages are a plus).
Experience in high-standard service (restaurant or retail preferred).
Calm under pressure.
Must be able to successfully complete an expanded background check.
Basic IT skills.
Flexible, stable, and punctual.
