Role Purpose

The Marketing Content Creator is responsible for developing high-quality content that supports Menzies Aviation's marketing, commercial and employee brand priorities. This role focuses on campaign-led content, sales enablement and external storytelling, helping to articulate the company's value proposition to customers, partners and current and prospective employees. The role works closely with Commercial, Communications, HR, Risk and regional teams to deliver content that supports growth, engagement and brand visibility.

What you will be doing

Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns through high-quality written and visual content for both Menzies Aviation and Pearl Elevated Travel (Menzies' executive services brand).
Produce high-quality content for commercial use, including proposals, presentations, case studies and marketing collateral.
Work with stakeholders across the business to source stories and turn complex information into accessible, engaging content.
Support brand visibility at industry events (e.g. coordinating stand design, supporting materials, event management).
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and employee brand content.

What we are looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, communications or content roles
Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple content streams and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite desirable).
Understanding of marketing and/or employer brand performance metrics
Experience using AI tools responsibly within content creation.
