Vill du arbeta i en internationell Aviation miljö där service, ansvar och säkerhet står i fokus? Vi söker nu engagerade Meet & Assist-medarbetare till Menzies Aviation Arlanda för sommaren säsong 2026 samt vid loven efter sommaren.

I rollen möter och assisterar du resenärer vid ankomst, avresa och transfer. En viktig del av arbetet är att ta hand om ensamresande barn (UM), där trygghet, tydlig kommunikation och ansvarstagande/säkerhet är avgörande. Du guidar Meet & Assist resenärerna genom flygplatsens olika processer såsom säkerhetskontroll, passkontroll och bagagehantering.

Arbetsuppgifter:

Meet & Assist-service för olika typer av resenärer
Ansvar för ensamresande barn enligt gällande rutiner
Hjälpa till på Ankomstavdelningen med försenat bagage
Hjälpa till i vår Lounge vid behov
Personlig service och vägledning genom flygplatsen
Samarbete med flygbolag och kollegor
Säkerställa hög service- och säkerhetsnivå

Vi söker dig som:

Är serviceinriktad, lugn och ansvarsfull
Trivs med att arbeta med barn och människor i olika situationer
Har god kommunikativ förmåga
Fyllt 18år innan juni 2026
Kan arbeta skift, tidiga morgnar, sena kvällar och helger
Talar svenska och engelska obehindrat

Tidigare erfarenhet från flygplats, serviceyrke eller arbete med barn är meriterande, men inte alltid ett krav – rätt inställning är viktigast.

Utbildningen sker i maj 3dagar och den är betald.
