Role Purpose

To support several critical business activities within the Freighter Handling operation including customer relation, GSE, planning, safety, training, and daily operation with close communication with all relevant Menzies departments .

What you will be doing

Ensure that accurate schedules are maintained and SLA's of the various airline customers are met through save, effective and efficient planning of staff and equipment resources following company guidelines and per applicable law and legislation.
Monitor that resource requirements – both staff and GSE – are utilized correct, complete, and adequate always within the given targets of business and without causing fatigue.
Monitor that approved rosters will be adhered to by local management to always ensure Operational Excellence.
Ensure that adequately trained staff are scheduled to satisfy the requirements of the various airlines and other customers, Menzies Safety & Quality Standards are not jeopardized due to insufficient resources.
Coordinate & collaborate with operational management to ensure planned rosters are being followed & gather data to support/explain any variances.

What we are looking for

6+years operational experience, planning and rostering.
Knowledge of necessary operational skills to deliver operational excellence.
Knowledge SLA's and operational standards as well as Menzies SOP's.
Knowledge of RSMS, KRONOS, AVA and automated training modules are a plus.
Excellent oral, written and communication skills in Dutch and English.
