Role Purpose

Work closely with colleagues in the Network Control Service and the Integrated Control Centre (ICC) to ensure that the airline company easyJet delivers the highest possible standard of service to its passengers.

Internship agreement from July 27, 2026 to September 30, 2026

 

What you will be doing

  • Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to minimise operational disruptions at all times.
  • Take all necessary measures to maintain on-time performance by coordinating with all relevant local stakeholders.
  • Provide operational support to flight crews by liaising with both internal departments and external service providers to resolve operational requests.
  • Proactively monitor and manage the operation of an assigned aircraft fleet using the airline's TOPS/AIMS systems, recommending schedule adjustments to minimise disruption.
  • Anticipate operational issues that may impact flight schedule integrity and implement effective recovery strategies to mitigate disruptions.
  • Optimise the utilisation of standby aircraft by working with the airline to identify operational solutions that reduce network disruption.

What we are looking for

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Aviation or Mathematics.
  • A strong interest in airline operations and operational control.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, flight crews and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
