Role Purpose

To motivate, engage and inspire staff to deliver the best possible service as well as maintain excellent relationships with customers and authorities. 

What you will be doing

  • Supervise/allocate tasks to dispatch team including reporting absences and overtime. 
  • Develop an open feedback culture by managing the performance of employees and ensure workplace standards are maintained 
  • Allocate tasks to team members involved in servicing the aircraft 
  • Encourage consistency and collaboration by ensuring clear communication at all levels. This will include staff briefings, shift handover meetings, 121's and completion of relevant reports. 
  • Liaison with Airline Representatives

What we are looking for

  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and public holidays) 
  • Ability to travel to the airport at times where public transport is not available 
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills 
  • Previous experience working in an aviation environment desirable 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
