Role Purpose

Assist in the planning functions i.e. determining the resource compliment, both human as well as equipment to satisfy the operational demands as determined by the current operational flight schedules.

What you will be doing

  • Planning new business opportunities including organic growth.
  • Support the commercial team in the creation and delivery of new business proposals.
  • Identify best practice operating model for each business unit and productivity improvements within existing operations
  • Monitoring station performance and advising of any shortfalls.
  • Information and contact with employees regarding staffing issues and ensure that planning department always satisfies the requirements and needs

What we are looking for

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Solid financial understanding and experience with budget management and cost control.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and execute projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken and one scandinavian language. 
  • Competence and interest in Norwegian working time regulations
  • Experience with front-of-house operations is a plus
