Role Purpose

What you will be doing

Overall responsibility for rush bag coding
Organizing and reporting rush codes
Identifying patterns and trends to improve the coding accuracy over time
Actively participate in training sessions, providing insights and expertise to enhance staff competence
Assist in developing training materials that cover all aspects of rushing baggage, including correct coding procedures, identification of rush bag characteristics, and problem-solving strategies
