Role Purpose

What you will be doing

  • Overall responsibility for rush bag coding
  • Organizing and reporting rush codes
  • Identifying patterns and trends to improve the coding accuracy over time
  • Actively participate in training sessions, providing insights and expertise to enhance staff competence
  • Assist in developing training materials that cover all aspects of rushing baggage, including correct coding procedures, identification of rush bag characteristics, and problem-solving strategies

  • To be organized and have a logical and systematic method of work.
