Role Purpose

To motivate, allocate and supervise staff who undertake aircraft cleaning and associated services to the required customer and company standards.

 

What you will be doing

  • To obtain details of scheduled work planned for the coming day from the Operations Allocator or Duty Manager.
  • To manage and motivate staff to achieve the required standards and work performance under the time constraints imposed by the aircraft scheduled arrival and departure.
  • To liaise with airline/ handling representatives to establish time constraints and communicate to Operations Allocators / Duty Managers so that effective plans can be
  • To ensure correct staffing is allocated to achieve the required work performance and standard prior to departure without affecting the customer or their OTP
  • To be responsible for the cleaning or associated service standards of the aircraft

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and of others whilst at work.  You must carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures. What we are looking for

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Prior experience in toilet and water servicing, disinsection, and cover changes.
  • Knowledge of staff allocation.
  • Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Leadership skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork among 
    cleaning staff.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control, conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance 
    with cleanliness standards and regulations.
