Role Purpose

What you will be doing

Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development, establish and maintain
appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development
Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organisation, in consultation with department
heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed
Flexibility to cover all shift patterns so that the operational training requirements are met
Produce organisational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training
delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary
Maintain and enhance a safe and secure culture within all departments

What we are looking for

Must have a minimum of 36 months of operations or training experience in their disciplines of training ( or
locally approved equivalent standard)
Good Communications skills in working with a diverse group of people. Diversity includes education,
literacy, position within the company and related diverse backgrounds.
Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance
A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history
Full and valid UK Driving Licence
