The part you’ll play

Applications are sought for this fairly autonomous role to ensure that continuously high standards are delivered and met within Aircraft Interior and Exterior presentation procedures.The ideal person will be an analytically minded QC Inspector who can maintain a focus on the delivery of quality inspections and the deliverables contained in the presentation specifications. The role offers a unique role in an exciting environment. 

  • You will be covering the shifts to ensure the cleaning product is delivered.
  • Monitor the cleaning teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Target a “Zero Harm” Environment.
  • Report events and work completion utilising IT systems.
  • Understand specifications and introduce effective control measures.
  • Identify trends and failure patterns.
  • A good understanding and awareness of HS&E and the implementation of standards.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Keen eye for detail against strictly set customer specifications and standards.
  • Working with the supervisory team to create excellent results.
  • Liaising and conducting alongside customer audits.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Proven experience within a 24/7 logistics or aviation service operations.
  • Excellent Supervisory and organisational skills with ability to comfortably communicate at all levels.
  • Demonstrable track record in consistently delivering operational excellence and business performance.
  • Experience in services organisations where service standards are high.
  • Successful leadership of change and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Proven experience and technical knowledge of managing Presentation services.
  • Experience of customer focus lead management with ability to influence relationships.
  • Identify trends and failure patterns.
  • Experience of report writing.
  • Use of Auditing tools to capture standards (Training provided).
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Full driving licence.

Working in an Airside role, to follow aviation security requirements, you will be required to hold a full Airside Security Pass. To obtain this we will need 5 years' full referencing history, with a Criminal Record Check.
