The COVID19 pandemic has driven a temporary downturn in the passenger aviation industry, but we are confident that as 2021 progresses, the industry will bounce back. Here at Menzies in Manchester we are winning new business which means we can recruit new colleagues. However at the current time we do not know for certain when the government will fully lift restrictions, so we are initially hiring on a casual basis to allow us to conduct training in readiness for the start-up of our new contracts later in the year. Once business is nearer back to normal, we will be offering our casual employees the option to move to a guaranteed hour's contract and the opportunity to be a full part of the exciting future here at Menzies Aviation.
