Role Purpose

To provide delegation, monitoring and oversight within the operation whilst ensuring the safe and efficient running of the operation at LHR. Delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers and when required allocating staff to tasks with safety and performance in best interests.

What you will be doing

  • Effective delivery of our customer SLA's driven by operational team efficiencies.
  • Exceptional customer service being available when required, solution-driven and consistent.
  • Provide oversight and constant feedback to colleagues and management during operational challenges.
  • Accurately record allocation of staff to flights with all the correct relevant details.
  • Account for all distributed equipment to the ramp including radios, scanners, headsets, and any further items required.
  • Promote new systems and proactively encourage ways to improve the operation. (Continuous improvement)
  • Willing to allocate all departmental areas and operate GSE airside.
  • Monitoring arrival and departure performance driving baggage delivery in alignment with customer SLA.
  • Monitoring towing and push back movements to ensure SLAs are met.
