Role Purpose

 

The successful candidate shall be responsible for assisting with training requirements of the ramp department so to ensure that the station is fully compliant with standards laid down by our airline customers, controlling authorities & Menzies Aviation. The successful candidate will work alongside our training team to ensure that all employees receive On the Job Training and continued development.

 

What you will be doing

  • To ensure that all staff are trained to the required level of competence in line with the customer airline, airport and Menzies Aviation standards through e-learning, briefings and practical training.
  • To assist the development of new training material that may be required due to airline requirements or new procedures.
  • To input and collate correct training record data via the Menzies Aviation LMS Empower.
  • To ensure all staff training records are up to date and correct for internal & external company, airline or controlling authority audits.
  • To assist, report & manage any airline or company trials that maybe required for the improvement of the operation & integrity of our customer airlines.

What we are looking for

  • You will be computer literate & competent with Microsoft Office Packages (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
  • You will be flexible in your approach and comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
  • You will be flexible in your working hours to suit the operation & training
  • Previous Training experience desirable but not necessary as full training will be given
  • Ramp skill experience required
