Role Purpose

The Ramp Services Manager is responsible for all activities related to ground handling operations and ramp services. Furthermore, the role is responsible for on time performace ensuring compliance as per global best practices stipulated by client airlines, ISAGO and local regulatory authorities.

What you will be doing

Managing ramp operations ensuring on time performance with strict adherence to all relevant statutory regulations and requirements
Develop and embed a safety culture in ramp handling activities and ensure delivery of quality customer services for all client airlines.
Analyze ramp handling irregularities and ensure comprehensive and appropriate resolution
Plan and ensure compliance with service level agreement (SLA) for all operational areas catering to operational variations.
Ensure safety & security standards and compliance for all processes to reduce the number of incidents/accidents
Analyze and implement planning for GSE fleet expenses and renewals
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with regulatory authority, immigration, customs, DGCA and client airlines to ensure superior customer service

What we are looking for

Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferable
Minimum 8 years of experience in Airline Ground handling and Ramp operations in a management or supervisory role
Effective communication, interpersonal skills and timely decision making
Leadership as well as team-building skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and local language as indicated
Knowledge of airline ground handling, ramp operations, financial management, planning and forecasting, Airside Safety and security
