The part you’ll play

With a range of responsibilities, you’ll be providing support to the Ramp team. You will be responsible for completion of the training audits and training needs with the Ramp department, ensuring Menzies Aviation complies with Regulative Authorities. You will deliver the highest possible teaching and development standards, and also be required to ensure that trainees are motivated through effective teaching techniques.


What you’ll need to bring:

  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills
  • Able to cope with high demand and pressure
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail
  • Reliability, punctuality and organisational skills 
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
  • Advanced computer and presentation skills
  • Minimum 2 years' Ramp experience

Working in an Airport environment, to follow aviation security requirements, you will be required to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card.
