The part you’ll play

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Administrator to join our team and provide administration support with the full end to end recruitment process of our operational staff.  Working closely with the Recruitment advisors supporting recruitment administration and managing the candidate journey through the recruitment tool.

  • Manage and update recruitment ATS and other HR systems to ensure all data is up to date.
  • Comply with legislation and regulations for all data on recruitment ATS and other HR systems.
  • Uploading and amending job descriptions to the company and other website and job boards
  • Tracking and monitoring of all candidates through business on boarding process.
  • Manage all recruitment activity ensuring that the business has qualified candidates being presented for assessment and interview.
  • Organise and allocate resources for interview/assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with key stake holders within business units.
  • Provide reports and data through the ATS system on all elements of the recruitment process on a periodic basis or upon request.
  • Prepare, draft and post internal and external job advertisements to attract a high calibre of candidate for all specific job roles.
  • Managing email inbox for recruitment inquiries and actioning accordingly.
  • Greeting and administering assessments for candidates of all levels.
  • Managing documentation filing and ensuring all candidate material is compliant with GDPR.
  • Working with internal and external suppliers to ensure thorough preparation and the smooth running of events.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Have previous administrative experience in a recruitment or office environment.
  • Have experience using an ATS, HR system or job board aggregator.
  • Hold exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have strong Microsoft Office package skills.
  • Have the ability to prioritise and efficiently execute a wide range of diverse tasks.
  • Have strong attention to detail and be a team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent organisation skills and good time management.

Working in an Airside role, to follow aviation security requirements, you will be required to hold a full Airside Security Pass. To obtain this we will need 5 years' full referencing history, with a Criminal Record Check.
