The part you'll play

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Advisor to join our team to carry out the full end to end recruitment process of our operational staff in UK & I.  The role will work closely with the Resourcing Manager to provide a professional, value adding advisory service to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process including advertising strategies, selection and appointment. Deliver a positive candidate experience to all applicants.

  • Managing the full end to end recruiting process by using the recruitment ATS (eArcu) and other HR systems.
  • Building relationships with line managers and all staff within the wider business, as well as providing excellent customer service to external candidates.
  • Comply with legislation and regulations for all data on recruitment ATS and other HR systems.
  • Tracking and monitoring of all candidates through business on boarding process.
  • Manage all recruitment activity ensuring that the business has qualified candidates being presented for assessment and interview.
  • Proactively and reactively sourcing, building relationships and establishing a strong pool of candidates;
  • Organise and allocate resources for interview and assessment days.
  • Provide reports and data through the ATS system on all elements of the recruitment process on a periodic basis or upon request.
  • Prepare, draft and post internal and external job advertisements to attract a high calibre of candidate for all specific job roles.
  • Managing email inbox for recruitment inquiries and actioning accordingly.
  • Managing documentation and ensuring all candidate material is compliant with GDPR.
  • Ad-hoc projects and support within the wider HR team as required.

What you'll need to bring:

  • You must be able to demonstrate previous experience working within recruitment, ideally covering a broad geographical role.
  • Have experience using an ATS, HR system or job board aggregator.
  • You will be pro-active, analytical with attention to detail.
  • You will have strong people skills and be an excellent communicator at all levels (both written & verbal).
  • Have strong Microsoft Office package skills.
  • Have the ability to prioritise and efficiently execute a wide range of diverse tasks.
  • Have strong attention to detail and be a team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent organisation skills and good time management.

Working in an Airside role, to follow aviation security requirements, you will be required to hold a full Airside Security Pass. To obtain this we will need 5 years' full referencing history, with a Criminal Record Check.
