What are we offering?
We are offering an exciting six month Recruitment Social Media Internship within Menzies Aviation. In addition to gaining valuable experience of developing social media recruitment methodology, you will gain fantastic insight into the importance of social media engagement within the recruitment market. Supported by the Central Recruitment Manager and Communications team, you will assist our global business by managing recruitment social media campaigns and drive a consistent approach across our network.
You will also be exposed to day to day recruitment activities and will assist the Central Recruitment function with sourcing the best candidates that the market has to offer.
This position will sit within our Central Recruitment team based in our London Headquarters. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced recruitment and communications professionals and will be assigned an experienced mentor who will support and guide you through your exciting journey at Menzies Aviation.

What you will be doing
You will be designing, developing and implementing a consistent approach to our social media recruitment campaigns globally. You will create a slick process for our global Menzies hiring teams to allow them to get the best out of their recruitment campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You will also develop the usage of new channels such as Glassdoor and TikTok.
You will review and develop our recruitment social media content and track the success of recruitment campaigns through data to show return on investment.

We are looking for an individual to help shape and develop a social media strategy which exploits numerous social media channels, specifically for the purpose of attracting exceptional talent (namely, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Glassdoor). We require driven individuals who are passionate about social media and communications but also enjoy being creative.
