Role Purpose
The Regional HR Coordinator is a key enabler of Menzies Aviation Fuels' strategic expansion across Europe, providing essential HR coordination and operational support across France, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, and m. The role is responsible for delivering a high standard of HR administration, onboarding, payroll coordination, TUPE support, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and Menzies' HR policies.
Acting as a central link between operational leaders, site managers, payroll providers, and the European HR team, this role ensures that HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently across multiple jurisdictions. With a strong focus on employee experience, data integrity, and operational effectiveness, the role contributes to building a high-performing, people-centred culture where employees feel supported, engaged, and set up for success.
This role supports managers in HR matters, maintains GDPR-compliant employee records, assists with recruitment activities, and ensures smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. Through accurate documentation, proactive coordination, and cross-border support, the role helps to uphold Menzies' values of Safety, Service, People, Integrity and Responsibility, while supporting the long-term success and sustainability of the European Fuels business.
