Overview

As a Regional IT Analyst, you'll will be pivotal to the maintenance and administration of our global time management system UKG (previously known as Kronos). Principal Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Global Time and Attendance Team along with the local region team.
  • Day to day responsibility for ensuring Incident and Requests are logged, tracked, resolved and measured within the given SLAs, whilst ensuring adherence to ITIL processes.
  • Management of individual work queues.
  • Ensuring requirements capture and sign off for any new regional implementations.
  • Updating any current existing requirements within UKG that are governed by changes to Enterprise Agreements.
  • Ensuring training is given.
  • Escalating to the Global Time and Attendance Team any non-standard requests for features.
  • Ensuring all tickets are logged and tracked in the service management platform, Service Now.
  • Ensuring the correct priority is given to Incidents.
  • Creating and sharing of knowledge documents.
  • Ensuring process are executed to the set targets and SLA's.
  • Ensuring Devices are active and collecting correct information.
  • Implementing and monitoring devices along with system health.
  • Requirement gathering for new features and requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining Data views within UKG Application.
  • Assisting with Implementations in Menzies Stations.

 

Candidate requirements

  • UKG knowledge Admin/Manager level.
  • Knowledge of operational business.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Service Desk environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements.
  • Proficient in English with secondary language of Cantonese preferred.
