What is Allies in Aviation?

Allies in Aviation (Refugee Employability Training) Has been designed to offer valuable insights into industry-specific recruitment practices and provides hands-on guidance in

• Crafting effective CVs
• Mastering interview techniques
• Navigating the Aviation job market
• Menzies Aviation job application support

These sessions will also give you the opportunity to network with aviation professionals and enhance your skills in an interactive environment.

Who is this available to?

This course is available to candidates who identify as a refugee or from displaced communities. If you represent an non-governmental organisation that supports refugees into employment, we would also welcome discussions on how you can be involved.

Where are these event being held?

We are currently assessing demand in specific locations across but below is a snapshot of some areas that we are looking to hold events over 2024/2025.

• Europe – London
• USA – Atlanta & Denver

Depending on demand, we will add new locations across the 2024/2025 so please still register your interest even if your base location is not stated.

How do I get involved?

The first steps is to register your interest by applying to this talent pool vacancy. Our Menzies Aviation team will then be in touch to learn  a little more about you and for you t learn a little more about us.

When we contact you we will:

• Build a profile of you in our system outlining your experiences, support required and types of roles you maybe interested in.
• Note your locations preferences so we can reach out to you in regards to future Allies in Aviation Events
• We will share any resources available to support you in you job search including support with applying for roles at Menzies Aviation
