Role Purpose

The position of Safety, Security & Compliance Officer will be responsible for all matters relating to safety, security and compliance in the airport environment. This will be verified by monitoring safety reports and internal inspections and audits, managing compliance against contractual and regulatory requirements along with the adequacy of procedures necessary for a safe and secure operation on the ground for all customer airlines.

What you will be doing

Support the relevant Station Manager in maintenance of safe and secure operational practices in accordance with Airlines and Menzies policies and procedures.
Maintain and enhance a safe and secure culture within all departments.
Establish and maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers to comply with the Company's Policy and Health and Safety and Security regulations.
Ensure all staff is aware of and are held accountable to the above policy.
Ensure that the local emergency response protocols and procedures are current and implemented in accordance with Airlines / Menzies instructions.
