Role Purpose

The role is responsible for maintaining overall account payable/receivable transactions and activities at a regional level. Furthermore, work along with team and management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial transactions following established accounting standards and procedures.

What you will be doing

Follow established procedures for recording, classifying and summarizing cash receipts and other daily sales transactions; also prepare sales reports as required.
Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments or other irregularities
Receive payment requests, obtain departmental approvals for invoices and charge expenses to cost centres by analysing invoices and expense reports
Ensure sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts/purchase orders and process electronic transfers/payments and perform cheque runs
Record all information related to tickets and hotel in the Track System and ensure tickets issued & closed matches with BSP (billing and settlement plan) report
