Role Purpose

As the Senior SuccessFactors Specialist, you will take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions within the SuccessFactors platform. Acting as a technical expert, you will drive the configuration, customisation, and integration of SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.

What you will be doing

Design, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions across key modules.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by identifying system improvements and aligning solutions with business objectives.
Provide technical expertise, offering recommendations on best practices, system optimizations, and capability improvements.
Manage SuccessFactors project lifecycles from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Drive enhancements to the system and process automation to enhance efficiency and user experience.

What we are looking for

5+ years of expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on leading development efforts across various modules.
Expert-level knowledge in multiple SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, LMS, Performance & Goals, Recruiting), as well as deep understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and integration frameworks.
Proficiency in Integration Centre Tools, Boomi, and CPI (highly desirable).
Proven expertise in Integration Management: Experience in proactively overseeing and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a must; additional SAP certifications will be considered an advantage.
