Role Purpose

As a key member of the OSEA leadership team, the Senior Vice President - Commercial (OSEA) will lead the commercial function and all associated activities across the OSEA region, ensuring that sales growth meets or exceeds all corporate targets as well as developing and driving new business development strategy.

The location for this role can be flexible across the OSEA region.

 

What you will be doing

  • Drive sales growth in the OSEA region to meet or exceed budget and corporate targets.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies and sales plans to accelerate growth and prioritize team efforts.
  • Lead and manage the regional commercial team, ensuring appropriate resourcing, skills, and capability across sales, bid management, contracting, and business development.
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders, focusing on effective management and growth of regional key accounts.
  • Ensure rigorous market research, analysis, and forward planning to maximise success.
  • Collaborate with other regions and central functions to align on sales planning, key account management, and global initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles, ideally within the aviation sector.
  • Deep understanding of the aviation industry with strong connections across Asian airlines and regional markets.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a track record of driving business development and outperforming market benchmarks.
  • Experience operating within complex, global organisations with diverse structures.
  • Demonstrates resilience, empathy, and a results-driven mindset; capable of inspiring teams and fostering collaboration across regions.
