Role Purpose

Providing daily management for our aircraft cleaning operation at London Heathrow, you will monitor and maintain a high level of performance, on a daily basis, in order to meet our customers expectation. You will highlight any shortfalls and take corrective actions if necessary. Working closely with the management team and front-line colleagues you will ensure all aircraft cleaning is completed according to our service standards and procedures within the allotted time

What you will be doing

Work closely with Team to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
Monitor flights and liaise with customer representatives to check our performance has reached the required standards set out by the customer.
Participate with the training of newly promoted Team Leaders and Cleaners.
Document and record standards as requested by the management.
Act as a point of reference for the Team & Hi-Lift operators.
Highlight and discuss any shortfalls with team members to identify areas of improvement

What we are looking for

Full DVLA Category B driving licence preferred
Positive Attitude.
Punctual and reliable individual.
Self-motivated with an eye for detail.
Able to cope with time related; pressured situations and the skill to prioritise workload
