Role Purpose

Providing daily management for our aircraft cleaning operation at London Heathrow, you will monitor and maintain a high level of performance, on a daily basis, in order to meet our customers expectation. You will highlight any shortfalls and take corrective actions if necessary. Working closely with the management team and front-line colleagues you will ensure all aircraft cleaning is completed according to our service standards and procedures within the allotted time

What you will be doing

  • Work closely with Team to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor flights and liaise with customer representatives to check our performance has reached the required standards set out by the customer.
  • Participate with the training of newly promoted Team Leaders and Cleaners.
  • Document and record standards as requested by the management.
  • Act as a point of reference for the Team & Hi-Lift operators.
  •  Highlight and discuss any shortfalls with team members to identify areas of improvement

What we are looking for

  • Full DVLA Category B driving licence preferred
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Punctual and reliable individual.
  • Self-motivated with an eye for detail.
  • Able to cope with time related; pressured situations and the skill to prioritise workload
