Role Purpose

The job holder is responsible for the business interests and operations of the Station on shift basis including Service Delivery, Passenger Service, Ramp (including baggage and Aircraft Cabin cleaning), Cargo Warehouse, Aircraft refueling and Ground Operations departments.

What you will be doing

 

  • Ensure that all staff fully understand that safety is the number one priority for the company
  • Ensure proper coordination within MASIL departments, Customers, and stakeholders for safe and smooth operation
  • Ensure the customer's product is delivered consistently to demanding service level standards and set on time performance targets
  • Effective management of shift resources to ensure productivity, safety, and OTP.
  • Meet Airlines customers to understand operational requirements on shift basis

What we are looking for

  • Substantial operational management experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of aviation services, in particular ramp handling and operations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communications skills and experience in liaising with airline, airport, and other stakeholder personnel.
  • Able to work with a multi-national work force, and to adjust to the local conditions of the station.
  • Good knowledge of GSE.
