Role Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ground Handling Leader looking to grow their career within Menzies Aviation through a key leadership position at the easyJet-dedicated station in Palma de Mallorca (PMI). The post holder will lead the handling operations of one of easyJet's largest seasonal bases in Spain, with up to nine aircraft based during the summer season, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and a robust partnership with the carrier. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and inspiring leader, capable of motivating the workforce and driving performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What you will be doing

Planning, organization, and direction of operational activities at PMI airport
Leading, developing coaching and motivating senior managers to develop and utilize their
Maximizing performance and efficiency in collaboration with easyJet, within the scope of a single-airline handling model.
Leading service delivery to customer airlines in accordance with service level agreements and agreed budgetary levels.

What we are looking for

Demonstrable leadership skills in the managing, maintaining and developing of an operational
Solid understanding of ground handling management at either regional or international
Proven ability to achieve agreed strategies and are delivered by utilizing sound financial, operational and people management principles and practices.
Ability to communicate successfully at all levels, whilst leading and motivating a
Ability to develop working relationship with suppliers, airport authorities and
Ability to work under pressure and cope with conflicting
