Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Menzies Aviation on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will play a pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the Menzies Aviation group based in our global head office in central London. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates. Working closely with Group Recruitment Manager, global hiring managers and HR teams, you will ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining a strong employer brand.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

 

What you will be doing

  • Champion effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
  • Manage recruitment social media channels and support with the development of new and existing content.
  • Work with our communications team to promote the employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing efforts and engagement initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices i.e LinkedIn recruiter, job board utilisation, effective talent pool management & utilisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
